Affordable Housing Projects
Through our partner Texas Brand Bank, we have generated an impact loan through Advance Community Fund. Advance Community Fund has made the loan through their emerging CDFI format to their developer partners. We serve as a path to homeownership.
These housing projects, one of our first, will give the opportunity to 5 families, to own an affordable home, which will equate to serving up to 25+ individuals to forge a pathway out of poverty. It is not the numbers, but the incremental steps, one more person out of poverty is a helping hand to the next. We establish the pricing for affordable housing based on the City, State, and Federal studies in the area of interest. Each Construction and development partner are vetted through partner banks.

- Our Goals are to bring Community Assets to the underserved area of Dallas that are desperately needed in the form of Affordable Housing, Medical facilities, Grocery Stores, Financial Education and Create employment opportunities for startups in Southern Dallas.
-We are working with concerned corporate citizens to form public and private partnerships. Our area of impact is roughly 40% of the Dallas land mass, impacting roughly 3 million people. - These projects may take as much as 10 years to complete with a legacy that will live on for generations. |
